Industrial Gigabit Ethernet Converter FCNID-1GN-1GS Series

Improved version of FCNID-1GN-1GS Series with Dip switch function

The FCNID-1GN-1GS Series Industrial Gigabit Ethernet Converter can convert Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-TX signal to 1000Base-FX signal and vice versa through the optical fibers extending the transmission distance by the SFP transceiver selected. It supports the Link Fault-Passthrough (LFPT) function where the network links are monitored to ensure the stability and continuity of the optical network. This can be configured through the Dip Switch located at the front panel of the converter.

SFP slot for fiber interface

The FCNID-1GN-1GS Series Industrial Gigabit Ethernet Converter has a small form-factor pluggable (SFP) slot for fiber interface, allowing transmission distance to be selected based on the SFP transceiver chosen.

 

Rugged design and high operating temperature range

FCNID-1GN-1GS Series Industrial Gigabit Ethernet Converter comes with an IP-40 protection rating. It is designed to be rugged to be deployed in the industrial environment with its operating temperature as high as 85 degrees Celsius.
