Breakout Cable FR PVC FBOV

The FBOV is a non armoured breakout fiber optic cable that can comprise up to a maximum of 12 0.9mm optical fibers. The optical fibers are protected with their individual FR PVC jacket and aramid yarn. These optical fibers are colour-coded for identification purposes and are stranded around the Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) central strength member. A layer of FR PVC outer jacket is extruded over the cable core to provide it with flame-retardant capability in the event of a fire breakout.

A total of 12 optical fibers can be supported by the FBOV Breakout Fiber Optic Cable. 

 

Type of optical fibers supported

The FBOV Breakout Fiber Opitc Cable can support both Single-mode and Multimode optical fibers. For Single-mode, G.652D, G.655, G.657 A1 are some of the optical fibers supported. For Multimode. OM1, OM2, OM3 are some of the optical fibers supported.
