Armoured Unitube Cable LSZH FUTPCZ

The FUTPCZ is an Armored Unitube Fiber Optic Cable with a single central tube filled with water-blocking gel to support up to 12 optical fibers. The cable construction consists of aramid yarn, an inner PE jacket, corrugated steel tape, and an outer LSZH jacket to prevent water penetration. The corrugated steel tape serves as armouring to protect the cable from rodent attacks, while the LSZH outer jacket provides flame-retardant capability in the event of a fire.

Number of optical fibers supported

The FUTPCZ Armoured Unitube Fiber Optic Cable can support a maximum of up to 12 optical fibers. These optical fibers are colour-coded for ease of identification purposes.

 

Type of optical fibers supported

Various fiber types are supported and these include the Singlemode 9/125um G.652D and multimode 62.5/125um OM1, Multimode 50/125um OM2 types.
